Measurements and sizing information are approximate. Customers are responsible for reviewing the sizing information included in each apparel listing before ordering. Unisex apparel may fit differently from traditional women’s sizing.
Some products may be handmade, made to order, printed to order, or sourced from third-party manufacturers. Minor variations that do not affect the intended use of a product are not necessarily considered defects.
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, prices, available options, or product availability without notice.
4. Animal and Barn Products
Animal, barn, tack, feed, treat, and care products must be used according to the manufacturer’s directions, warnings, age recommendations, weight limits, and intended purpose.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be shown during checkout when required. You agree to pay all charges associated with your order.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. All payments are subject to approval by the payment provider.
If a pricing or product-listing error occurs, we may contact you to offer the option of continuing with the corrected information or canceling the affected item for a refund.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for legitimate business reasons, including:

7. Custom and Personalized Orders
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all names, dates, wording, colors, sizes, and other customization details before submitting an order.
We will generally produce personalized items using the information entered or approved by the customer. Hayden’s Hitchin’ Post is not responsible for customer-submitted spelling mistakes, incorrect information, or design selections.
We reserve the right to refuse customization requests that are unlawful, infringe upon another party’s intellectual property, contain hateful or threatening material, or are otherwise inappropriate for our business.
Personalized and customized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from the approved order details.
8. Order Changes and Cancellations
Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate a request, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once fulfillment or production has begun. Personalized or custom orders cannot be canceled after production begins.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Processing and delivery estimates are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
Ownership and responsibility for a package transfer to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If we are unable to ship an order within the promised timeframe, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 20 days of delivery when it meets the conditions stated in that policy. Certain products—including personalized items, final-sale merchandise, gift cards, used products, perishable goods, and opened animal supplies—may not be returnable.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.
11. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, discounts, giveaways, and special offers may be subject to additional terms and expiration dates.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Discount codes cannot be combined
- Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases
- Promotions have no cash value
- Discounts may exclude certain products
- Promotional offers may be modified or ended as permitted by law
If a return causes an order to no longer qualify for a promotion, any refund may be adjusted to reflect the original terms of that promotion.
12. Gift Cards
Gift cards may be used only for eligible purchases from Hayden’s Hitchin’ Post. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Customers are responsible for protecting gift-card information. We are not responsible for gift cards used without permission after the card information has been delivered to the purchaser or intended recipient.

All website content—including our business name, logos, graphics, artwork, product designs, photographs, text, page layouts, and other original materials—is owned by or licensed to Hayden’s Hitchin’ Post and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the design or grant permission to reproduce, resell, or commercially use the artwork printed on that product.
